At the intersection of hip-hop, emo, indie, and punk, Orlando-based artist Max Fry crafts an eclectic blend of sounds with a digital edge. His up-tempo tracks fuse genres as if they were made for each other—blending hazy indie rock with clear elements of the emo-rap scene, alongside touches of lo-fi shoegaze and post-punk. In June 2024, Max released his debut album more than dead to me: a raw, emotional, and energetic record that reflects his deep Florida roots. His music explores human emotions and relationships, told through a lens that’s both deeply personal and occasionally dark.
