Chicago’s four-piece Ratboys idiosyncratically balances between subtle folk pop and a harder indie rock sound. After more than ten years and four studio albums, the band now returns with the new album ‘The Window’, which gives a new life to their sound. More dynamic and diverse than ever before, they alternate fuzzy power pop choruses with warm country sounds, supplemented with unexpected sound experiments such as the addition of a talk box.
