In collaboration with the Herman Brood Academy and House of Hip Hop, EKKO presents the sixth edition of our new hip-hop series: Dom Gaan! Expect an evening full of energy and raw talent, featuring the next generation of the Dutch rap scene alongside rising local acts.
For this edition, Rotterdam-based artist Rijck will headline the night. With a neon aura full of street smarts, he embodies contrast in human form. His sharp lyrics and flamboyant presence make it impossible to look away. From a young age, he’s searched for balance between extremes, and only when he embraced his duality did Rijck come to life. With a broad and versatile vocabulary that moves between uptempo beats and catchy pop samples, he creates unexpected opposites. With that disruptive energy, Rijck is already shaking up the Dutch music scene.
