Pulverizing combination of acid rock and psychedelic metal
No matter how monotonous the band name is, musically speaking the English Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs fly in all directions. With ease they spit greasy doom metal with seventies riffs and then throw a good dose of psychedelic oil on the fire. After their 2020 album ‘Viscerals’ was well received, the band has recently completed work on their fourth studio album ‘Land of the Sleeper’. Live that translates into a rather loud, intense, weird and theatrical whole, and that is exactly why we are so looking forward to the arrival of the unmissable quintet.

The Utrecht punk trio Rats and Daggers is determined to get listeners out of their daily grind with a provocative attitude and punk rock influences. They also always bring a disarming and expressive energy to their performances. Last year, for example, they already did that at Booster Festival, Valkhof Festival and many performances during Popronde. This was also the year in which they released their debut EP, a record on which inspirations such as IDLES, Queens of the Stone Age and Amyl & the Sniffers can be heard.
