UTRECHT CLUB NIGHT KICKS OFF THE NEW YEAR WITH HOUSE, ELECTRO, AND JUNGLE SETS
Whoever hears ANOOK, says dancing. ANOOK kicks off the year with an evening filled with house and eclectic and energetic sounds. The club night has already been featured in previous editions at Nar Café der Kunsten and had an earlier edition at EKKO, and is now returning to EKKO. With music ranging from house to electro and everything in between, we are in for an evening of dancing and sweating.
Essy
With progressive house as the common thread, Essy weaves breaks and electro atmospheres into her sets. She has been heard before at Levenslang Amsterdam, ADE Hangover, and Radio Radio, but is now gaining more fame on bigger stages.
Cami Casimir
As a member of the Where is ANOOK crew, Cami Casimir offers his perspective on what an adventurous dance night in Utrecht should be. In his own sets, he skillfully navigates from warm house to angular breaks and from progressive acid melodies to dark bass. It doesn’t matter where on the spectrum you find yourself or in which corner you stand; danceability remains the connecting factor
