Utrechts own Panicked Postpunk Serves Raw Sounds and Critical Lyrics
This five-piece band from Utrecht brings a refreshing vibe that the postpunk genre eagerly embraces. The band delivers atonal, disorienting guitar riffs, sharp lyrics, tight drums and bass, and, above all, an immense energy that fills the entire room. In 2023, they participated in the Popronde, where they gained a large following of new fans. This spring (April 2025), they will release the second half of their debut album The Rude Interruption of Fear and embark on a small tour across the country.

The five-piece young new wave group Cardigan Inn delivers dynamic ’80s synthpop nostalgia with an edgy twist. Their songs revolve around love, longing, and the mystique of digital life. Led by a mysterious frontman, their lyrics explore introspection and urban disillusionment. They’ve captured the past year in their latest EP ‘…As In Sweater Hotel’, which they’ll be performing live this spring at ACU.
