Dreamy, refined, and cosmic indierock with 60s influences

Intelligent indie rock from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Nap Eyes is a Canadian band led by frontman Nigel Chapman, whose introspective lyrics and laid-back sound set the tone. Their music blends folk and post-punk influences, drawing inspiration from bands like The Feelies, The Clean, and The Go-Betweens. With their minimalist yet layered sound, they never fail to captivate. The band has released several albums and secured a solid place in the indie scene. Their latest album, The Neon Gate, is now available for listening, but you can also experience it live with us at EKKO.

Support: Naive Set
Naive Set from Amsterdam has been creating irresistible guitar pop for over ten years, delivering a sound that’s light and fresh yet constantly reveals new layers. With four albums and an EP under their belt, the band knows exactly how to shape the genre, without being confined by its traditions. Their sound is described as clever, incredibly catchy indie pop, and on their new album (released via Amsterdam-based AT EASE), they take things even further. Recorded in their hometown and mixed in Melbourne by Mikey Young (known for his work with Dick Diver and Twerps).
