ENERGETIC, RAW BEATS SENSATION SETS STAGES ABLAZE WITH UNADULTERATED ROCK 'N' ROLL
Energetic and brimming with boundless enthusiasm, The Mocks burst onto the music scene with a dynamism that set stages ablaze. In their live performances, they capture the essence of inspirations such as The Who, T. Rex, and The Yardbirds. However, it’s not just their performances that set them apart. The powerful, fuzzy, and rhythmic songs are recorded exclusively with analog equipment and vintage instruments, without the use of computers. The result is raw, unadulterated garage and rock ‘n’ roll, with the young gentlemen managing to create a refreshing new sound that nods to the past.
Support: Octopus
The four-piece band Octopus from the Dutch underground delivers a dark, pulsating, and danceable clash of elements from 60s psychedelic garage rock, punk, and indie. At the end of last year, they released their first EP ‘Sadis.M,’ which is characteristic of their eccentric, psychedelic garage rock sound. This spring, they will support The Mocks during their tour in the Netherlands, including March 8th at EKKO.
