AN ENERGETIC ODE TO THE UNDERGROUND DANCE SCENE WITH ELECTRO, BREAKS, GHETTO-HOUSE AND TECHNO BEATS
Fulfill your late-night cravings for dance dopamine with the Corner Shop club night, where a selection of electro, ghetto, breaks, and everything in between will abundantly satisfy your needs. After a previous sold-out edition, they are back to tear down EKKO, this time featuring Rotterdam’s ghetto queen Mul/ANNA and Corner Shop resident xceptor.
mul/ANNA
mul/ANNA is a young DJ from The Hague, but she is already (un)officially considered one of the best ghetto house DJs in the Netherlands. Her desire to make people dance is fueled by a hunger for gritty ghetto house and funky beats from genres such as booty house, electro, and old-school techno.
xceptor
Rotterdam-based DJ & producer xceptor is no stranger to Corner Shop; the Operator resident already set the roof on fire during the first edition. The bridge between his refined taste in electronic music and his sense of crowd control creates the most fiery spectacles. xceptor bridges genres such as gabber, dembow, electro, techno, and bubbling, as heard in his monthly Operator show ‘xcepting.’
