Mowgli is known for his affinity for the raw and unknown but always with a danceable approach. Through bands like Parliament Funkadelic, Kleeer and Midnight Star, he immersed himself in a feel for the grooves that make you move and gradually added more raw edges. He expanded his arsenal with minimal wave, proto EBM, undiscovered boogie, the obscure corners of Chicago house and early techno productions.
He is a much sought-after guest in his hometown of Rotterdam at venues like Poing, Weelde and Bit and has his own residency at Operator Radio. With shows all over the country in places such as Skatecafé and Wibar, this rising star is further developing his sound. We are curious about, looking forward to and assured of a surprising set.
Seja made her name with what she calls “disco for angry people,” although in our experience you don’t have to be angry to be very happy with seja. With her selection of downtempo, new beat, wave, acid house and leftfield house, she transforms the dance floor into a time machine that propels you towards nostalgic future visions.
